A muscle activation technique, offering quick recovery from old and new injuries. Used by pro athletes and active people for joint and muscle repair.
This highly specialized technique offers the quickest recovery from injuries, old or new. Used by many professional athletes: John Stockton (point guard for the Utah Jazz), Picabo Street (Olympic alpine ski racer), Bill Romanowski (NFL linebacker) to name just a few, it has created the shortest injury lists for teams who have used it. AMIT is also used by people just like you who want to stay active, but have chronic pain.
If you’re suffering from any of the following injuries or symptoms AMIT might be a good fit for you:
- Neck pain /spinal pain/low back pain
- Joint issues like hips/knees/shoulders etc.
THE BASIC AMIT CONCEPT
Muscles hold the joints in balance. Through soft, repetitive injury, or through abrupt traumatic injury, muscles can go into a “non-firing state” in which they cannot hold their joints well. This loss of function leaves joints painful and vulnerable to injury and will prevent healing and relief. Determining the exact muscles involved in joint pain and awakening them to a normal “firing state” yields amazing results.
